Saturday May 7th, 2011 is our big launch day at the Brattleboro Area Farmers' Market. We will be firing up the oven by 7 AM, so that we can start serving wood-fired pizzas by around 10:30 AM. We are thrilled and can't wait to get started!

Our website will be evolving and adding new features and a new design, so check back soon.
